Key stats worth increasing through nature if possible.

Relatively worthless stat that can safely be decreased through nature.

+IV

  • Despite her great resistance, extremely fast Blade Mages are able to kill Felicia. Thus, a +Speed boon is optimal.

-IV

  • Felicia's physical soak is barely tolerable. She dances at the border of being one-hit killed, with 52 neutral physical soak. If you would like to completely abandon her physical defense, then a -Defense bane is highly recommended.

  • On the other hand, Felicia has pitiful attack and most damage comes from her special proc anyways. While entirely possible for her to miss the kill on low-defense mages, a -Attack bane is reasonable to use.

  • Preferred Nature: +Speed or +Resistance / -Defense
  • Weapon: Seashell+ / Rogue Dagger+ / Smoke Dagger+
  • Assist: Draw Back / Up to player
  • Special: Glacies
  • A Slot: Distant Defense
  • B Slot: Windsweep / Guard
  • C Slot: Attack Ploy / Attack Smoke
  • Sacred Seal: Distant Defense / Magic Deflect

A set which works with Felicia's strength of being a magical counter.

The Seashell is the ideal weapon for her, as it increases all stats by 2, allowing her to bait mages on the first turn with more effectiveness. However, other alternatives work too.

Glacies allows for powerful bursts of damage to result from Felicia building up special charges. It also remedies her low attack.

Distant Defense on the A slot is combined with the same skill as a Sacred Seal for a magnificent +12 resistance. However, Magic Deflect can be taken for her Seal slot if you would like a true Reinhardt ignorer.

Windsweep grants Felicia the ability to debuff or kill (using Glacies) melee units wielding Distant Counter, for more utility than just a mage duelist. An alternative would be Guard, allowing Felicia to debuff or fight the enemy without letting them charge their special skill, such as Moonbow-wielding Blade mages, or Reinhardt.

As for her C slot, Ploys in general work very well with her, and will rarely fail to activate. On the other hand, Attack Smoke can be used to give your team an easier time fighting units which Felicia has either engaged or baited.

  • Special: Glacies
  • A Slot: Fury
  • B Slot: Seal Atk/Spd / Windsweep / Seal Speed / Bowbreaker
  • C Slot: Attack Smoke / Attack Ploy / Varies on team
  • Sacred Seal: Distant Defense

Thieves in Fire Emblem: Heroes are universal debuffers. This build aims to push the notion as much as possible, all while giving Felicia some nice bulk.

The Rogue Dagger+ allows the clumsy maid to not only debuff her opponent's defenses, but increasing her own as well. Keeping uptime on this skill is ideal.

Fury is the chosen A slot to grant Felicia more speed and resistance, allowing her to deny many more potential follow-ups, and granting her some of the resistance Distant Defense does.

Seal Atk/Spd is the chosen B slot skill to completely neuter her target's offenses. Seal Speed works too if running Attack Ploy.

As for her two other alternatives, Windsweep lets Felicia set up her Rogue Dagger+ on Distant Counter melee units without risk, and debuffs them so that her allies can deal with them with ease. Bowbreaker, while not doing much if baiting Bow users, allows Felicia to follow-up (and usually survive) Brave Bow archers. Who knows, that follow-up may have been needed to activated Glacies onto them.

Her C slot can be anything you, the player, would like.

  • Special: Iceberg / Glacies
  • A Slot: Swift Sparrow
  • B Slot: Desperation
  • C Slot: Defense Ploy / Attack Ploy
  • Sacred Seal: Attack Ploy / Quickened Pulse

Do you absolutely detest infantry units? Do you want to beat them up using a maid? This build may just be for you.

The Poison Dagger+ is used for its raw power against infantry units, and with this set, Felicia will be attacking them with a total of 48 attack, which isn't too bad.

Iceberg is taken over Glacies for its special cooldown, as this set aims to be ready as soon as possible.

Swift Sparrow is taken to increase her offensive prowess while avoiding tampering of defenses, which is what Life & Death does.

Desperation takes advantage of her speed lest her enemy wields the Hardy Bearing Sacred Seal.

Since this set focuses on killing the enemy, Defense Ploy is a great skill on Felicia. This can be combined with the Attack Ploy Sacred Seal to debuff enemies even further! Attack Ploy can also be used, however keep in mind to avoid using two Attack Ploys via C slot and Sacred Seal.

Introduction

Pros:

  • Among the highest resistance unit in the game
  • Among the fastest unit in the game
  • A maid with unique animations

Cons:

  • Her attack stat
  • Her .. attack stat
  • Heavy Investment required

Felicia, the Maid who causes Mayhem, is a dagger user with incredible speed and resistance, but at the cost of pitiful attack and bad physical bulk.

The maid is a very straightforward unit. She wards off mages, debuffs enemy units, and deals damage via Glacies.

Unfortunately, her attack stat. Not very good. She's weaker than Wrys. However, mages usually have low defense, and with her Dagger's debuff and Glacies/Iceberg activation, she can deal good amounts of damage.

She can also barely survive a physical hit. In the case that she will need to eat a Distant Counter-charged physical hit, her IV's bane will determine if she lives.

Overall, Felicia has a very specific role to fulfill and counters all magical users. And she does it very well.

Strengths
  • Ridiculous resistance

    • While 35 resistance may seem quite "alright", the addition of multiple defense-increasing passives allows her to safely bait any magical unit in the game.
    • A mage will need either 69 neutral or 58 advantage magical attack (via Raven tome) to fall to her death.
    • Follow-ups via Reinhardt or other such means will instead require either 52 neutral or 44 advantage magical attack.
  • Very high speed

    • At 37 speed and a +Speed IV, there is practically no way for Felicia to be doubled through normal means.
    • As such, her damage soaking is fantastic.
Weaknesses
  • Pitiful physical defense

    • All a physical unit will require to defeat Felicia is 52 attack.
    • There is no use talking about how much attack a Brave user will require.
  • Very low attack

    • With 23 base attack, it is practically impossible for Felicia to one-round kill anything without the aid of Specials or debuffs.
Team Options

Felicia fulfills the specific role as a neutral magical tank, and can be included in any team you so desire. Though she will need a unit to handle the physical melee units. There is also the possibility that she won't necessarily kill the mage she faces, thus a kill confirmer is valued.

Bulky Melee Heroes

So on so forth.

She can even be used alongside mages, though there is no particular mage to recommend. So long as it's a mage.

Counters

Physical Damage. Brave Weapons. Archers.

Not much to say. Felicia's counters are straightforward.
