With well-balanced offensive stats and a fantastic prf weapon, Elincia wants to focus on her offenses if at all possible, at the expense of her bulk.
Boon
- +ATK: +ATK is Elincia's best boon. Amiti's Brave effect means that Elincia's Attack stat is more important than her Speed when it comes to damage dealing.
- +SPD: Elincia can run a +SPD boon effectively if she's supported by her skills and buffs from the rest of her team.
Neutral
- DEF: A Defense stat of 24 leaves Elincia already highly susceptible to being one-shot on any retaliation, particularly if she's running a quad build. Therefore, you want to keep Defense as high as possible without affecting her Attack or Speed.
- RES: Resistance is a good neutral choice, allowing Elincia the option of running a few Ploy skills or Res-based Specials.
Bane
- -HP: HP is Elincia's best bane, as it offers her the best mixed defensive bulk to take on a single hit from either dragons, mages, or physical units, while not detracting from her powerful offensive stats.

- Passive B: Hit and Run / Drag Back
- Passive C: Def Ploy / Threaten Def / Fortify Fliers
- Sacred Seal: Heavy Blade / Attack +3 / Quickened Pulse / Guidance
This is Elincia's most straightforward set, and it serves to optimise her offensive and nuking potential. With Amiti, Death Blow and the Quickened Pulse seal, an Attack boon Elincia can deliver two hits with an effective 54 Attack before buffs, with the second hit activating Moonbow. Hit and Run allows Elincia to distance herself from other enemy units after defeating her first target. Def Ploy 3 is her ideal C slot skill, but Threaten Def can serve a similar purpose.
With the above build, an Attack boon is recommended for maximum damage output, but Elincia's skills can be fine-tuned to fit the boon/bane of your unit. Swift Sparrow or Life and Death are fine alternatives for players looking to ensure more 4x attacks, though if utilizing Life and Death, her bulk is mitigated far too much to successfully run Ploys. For use in a Flier emblem team, her C slot is most effective being Fortify or Ward fliers, as she wants to take offensive buffs from her teammates.
Elincia's Sacred Seal options depend on the rest of her team. The safest options for offense are Quickened Pulse, Attack +3 or Speed +3, though Heavy Blade 3 and Guidance 3 can be much more effective depending on Elincia's teammates. Heavy Blade 3 is strongly recommended if Elincia can reliably receive buffs to her attack, or is +ATK and has Death Blow. This puts her in-combat Attack stat at 57, which will often be enough to trigger Heavy Blade's Special reduction. This can be further boosted by buffs.

- Passive B: Chill Spd / Desperation
- Passive C: Def Ploy / Threaten Def / Fortify Fliers
- Sacred Seal: Speed +3 / Attack +3
This build relies on a Speed boon to be effective, though she can get a huge help from her fellow teammates if you run Goad or Hone Fliers on your team. With the above build and a Speed boon, Elincia can reach 42 Speed when initiating, 44 if you opt for Darting Blow 3 over Swift Sparrow 2. This is before buffs have been considered, meaning a Hone Speed, Drive Speed, or Flier buff can push this number even higher. Life and Death is not recommended for this build, as the nature of quad builds means that Elincia would need to sustain a counterattack in order to commit all four attacks.
Chill Spd is the best B slot skill for this build. Inflicting -7 Speed to the fastest enemy almost guarantees that Elincia will make four attacks against every enemy hero she engages combat with. If the extra speed is unnecessary, Desperation can be a fine alternative: it allows Elincia to deliver all four strikes uninterrupted and activate Luna at the same time. It is worth stressing that Elincia will be very reliant on the bonus damage from Luna against some high Defense enemies, especially if Darting Blow 3 is being used in place of Swift Sparrow 2. Nevertheless, Galeforce is also a good alternative option, which will allow Elincia to initiate twice in a single turn if she uses all four attacks against an opponent who can retaliate onto her.

- Passive C: Fortify Fliers / Ward Fliers / Threaten Def
- Sacred Seal: Heavy Blade / Quickened Pulse / Speed +3
Elincia has the offenses capable of making a Firesweep build work very well for her, and Firesweep builds can be optimally run one of two ways: the first is through utilizing Moonbow/Life and Death/Heavy Blade for an offensive spread of 54/44, which can be further buffed by her allied fliers to 60/50. The purpose of this build is for Elincia to double and activate Heavy Blade, which enables a Moonbow hit on her second attack.
The second option sacrifices some of Elincia's damage potential in order to give her a Galeforce proc through running Heavy Blade in her A slot and Quickened Pulse in her Seal slot. This generally relies on her to have flier-buffing allies, as her final offensive spread is only 49/39. When combined with merges and Chill Spd in her B slot, however, this Elincia can ravage through enemy teams, killing two units on the very first turn.
Introduction
Princess Elincia makes her appearance in Fire Emblem Heroes as a sword-wielding flier with fantastic offensive stats. 34 Attack and 36 Speed is already impressive, but the royal sword Amiti grants her even greater offensive capability: 11 might and a brave effect with only a -2 Speed penalty makes Elincia a fearsome attacker, even outside of class type teams. Her HP pool and Defense aren't great, but her Resistance stat is decent enough to grant her respectable magic bulk. Though she faces a major threat in her weakness to archers, her brilliant offensive power and mobility make the Princess of Crimea a top-tier threat.
"I cannot and will not allow you to spill blood upon our land!"
—Elincia, Radiant Dawn.
Strengths
Amiti
11 might Brave weapon with only a -2 Speed penalty grants Elincia an effective 45 Attack and 34 Speed with a Brave weapon before skills, excluding boons and banes.
The -2 Speed penalty can be offset by a Speed boon if desired.
Fantastic Attack and Speed stats
A neutral Attack stat of 34 is rather high, particularly for a Brave weapon user, and puts a +ATK Elincia at 48 Attack after considering the strength of Amiti.
Complemented by Death Blow, her base kit allows for an effective 51 Attack when initiating, or 54 with an Attack boon.
36 Speed is the fifth highest value in the game, and a Speed boon would grant Elincia a brave effect with 37 base Speed before skills.
Decent Resistance stat
27 Resistance gives Elincia decent access to Ploy skills and Sacred Seals.
Assuming neutral stats in HP and Resistance, Elincia has an effective 62 magic bulk before skills.
Flier buffs and mobility
As a flying unit, Elincia has improved mobility on most maps and can benefit from flier class buffs.
Weaknesses
Poor HP and Defense stat
Elincia's 35 HP is among the lowest in the game.
When combined with her Defense, she has a physical bulk of 59, which is capable of being oneshot by the stronger melee characters.
Weakness to bows
As a flier, Elincia faces a crippling weakness against archer units; specifically top tier threats like Brave Lyn and Bride Cordelia.
Team Options
Counters
As a flier with poor bulk, Elincia is easily countered if you catch her in the Enemy Phase.
- Archers: Archers such as Bridal Cordelia, Brave Lyn, Takumi, Halloween Jakob, Leon, and Innes all easily snipe down Elincia from the skies with her low Defense, even without the use of a Brave Bow.
- High Defense Blues: Blue units with high Defense who can use Elincia's attacks to charge their Specials, such as Nephenee, Lukas, Gwendolyn, Effie, and Corrin (F) can survive her easily and kill her in return with a Special activation.

Standard Elincia Build. + Atk make her do crazy damage. Actually Hit and Run would be better w/ an ally w/ reposition/swap or draw back.
With a +Atk boon, with Death Blow she get a 54 Atk that can double thanks to her Amiti. She can OHKO mostly everything even more if she get Hone/Goad buff in a Flier team.
Paired with a dancer, she can alone be a treat to the enemy team.
I like pairing her with Camilla to counter blue lance like cordelia, blue mage like linde, Delthea and Dragon like Nowi, Ninian which are frequent in the current meta. Would be better to team up with Spring Camilla, but I currently don't own her.

+Spd/-Def Elincia will allow her to get 4x attacks in on the opponent, and OHKO units.
Swift Sparrow to increase your atk and spd by 4. \
Wary Fighter 3 to prevent follow up attacks. Your other heroes should be buffing Res+Def on Elincia, as well as having Elincia being ally supported to futher increase her stats.
Hone Fliers is a great buff for your fliers. However, if you already have Hone Fliers on another hero, I suggest adding a different C skill, as it's team composition and personal oppinion. I would recommend +def/or +res if Hone Fliers is already taken.
Amiti is a crazy wep that allows you to double attack at the cost of 2 speed. Pretty incredible and good considering the brave weps are usually -5 speed.
Reposition is a good support skill on most characters. It can literally save another hero's life, and may just save you from losing a bunch of arena rating due to a death. If you have a bunch of Repo's already, I suggest Rally Atk/Spd/Def/Res whichever you need the most.
Aether is basically a random 500 SP skill chosen. Everyone prefers things like Moonbow because it's basically a 2 turn special and has great effects. However, the more SP your hero has equipped, the more Arena Rating you will receive. I suggest eventually having all 500 SP specials on each of your 4 heroes. It will increase your Arena Rating floor/ceiling caps.
*For the seal I would suggest +SPD. You want as much Spd as possibly for the 4x atk.
Enjoy your Elincia, and hope some of my information/guidance cleared up some questions about what to do with your Elincia.

Luna | C | Fortify Fliers |
This build is deadly! You often will OHKO units and if not you will likely Quadruple hit and KO while surviving because of fury and putting her into desperation range to annihilate next round any opponent that is in range. Her paired with Luna is the best thing you can do for this build to guarantee a finisher move. While moonbow is still good being it activates quicker Luna deals more damage on heavy defense units that she will likely quadruple. Fury in my opinion with this boon/bane is the best option to make her a tank and crazy offensive unit still.
The c skill could always be some other flier buffer but to make it so other fliers will be complete tanks to lure into her range I suggest fortify flier. Making it possible to even lure that pesky blue tome Calvary unit, yeah, you know which one.
Enjoy this build! Perfect additon to a devastating flier or any team!!

Haha. I can't wait to tell my friend I got Elincia. This is my build I made up on the spot.
Amiti is used for obvious reasons. But if I need to explain then go study Fire Emblem for a bit. Cause this weapon is too OP.
Reposition is used to better support her allies than Ardent Sacrifice.
Moonbow can be procked twice in one turn thanks to Amiti. If it's at one, Elincia has speed advantage, then it can be procked twice. Please note that this would be possible with Desperation as well. However, you'd have to have the cooldown at 0.
Death Blow because with Amiti, Elincia reaches 46 neutral attack. With Death Blow, she can reach 52. With a hone Attack and Death Blow, she can reach 56 and that's too much for a unit that'll double most of the cast. (I mean quadruple). So Elincia + Death Blow + Hone Attack = Instant Death for all those who defy Elincia.
Desperation is common for quad builds. If you have Desperation, then you can hit 4 times in a row. Since I told you about Elincia + Death Blow + Hone Attack = Death, then Desperation can ensure a painful death for everyone and MAKES SURE no one can survive. (Except maybe blue armored units).
All this power... she needs to support as well and Reposition and a hone skill work well together. So using Hone Attack, there's almost no consequences and is pretty easy to use. Just watch out for panic ploy and Panic.

Luna | C | Goad Fliers |
The most cookie-cutter Quad build makes its vengeance here, now in cherry flavor. A +Spd IV coupled with Life and Death 3 and the reduced Speed punishment gives the Lost Princess a staggering 42 base Speed and 50 base Attack. With Hone Flier, this rises to a colossus 48 Speed and 56 Attack. If you're looking for a more budget option, then Death Blow certainly fits the bill as one of her base skills; under Hone Fliers, she still hits a respectable 43 Speed while striking hard with 57 Attack. Fury is also a good alternative if one believes the extra speed will help. Any defensive bane works best due to her nonexistance bulk, but should it come as a last resort, a -Def bane is the most optimal.
Ardent Sacrifice and Desperation will be her skills to use, especially since Ardent Sacrifice is part of her base kit. Strategy is simple: have someone duel a unit, heal them, then go to town while rescuing her with a skill like Reposition. Luna is there to tear through any HP a bulky unit might have left, though be careful as there are blue units bulky enough to survive her onslaught and retaliate. Her C skill is flexible. On a Flier team, Goad Fliers is the best choice to buff any Fliers in her vicinity.
