Even with Wary Fighter, i dont think he'll be too hard to take down on the player phase if you gang up on him. Its pretty much an Iron Axe with +3 Def, i honestly dont get all the fuss.

Ya see, that's wherr you're wrong kiddo. Pain+ combined with double savage blow is crippling to a team. So combine that with a guy who does 20 damage from anyone near him and you have the ultimate AoE squad to annihilate.

Now that I think about it, that would actually be a great combo for grand conquests...

Given you can have more than one of a given hero on your team (the countless Camillas, 4 Hectors etc) I think its pretty fair to assume we're operating in a place with multiple universes.

I think that it takes characters from certain moments in time and gives you a "copy" of that character. More than likely, the main one you get is the "true" character, whilst the others are likely alternate dimension versions. That's how I view it at least.

By main I meant that the one you merge up or the single one you keep. that one would have all the "fragments" of their personality and power restored into a single being, thus making it the "true universe" since time and space are always distorted in the outrealms. At least, that's how I see it.

If other universes exist I don't think you can say which is the true one. The outrealms are effectively other worlds, or universes, or dimensions whichever term you prefer. If that is the case, that means the multiple versions of the character that exist are all legitimate living beings and I'm of the mind you can't declare one more "true" than the other.

You can in a way based on the merging system in my eyes.

They are missing fragments of their selves. They're weaker until they are merged with their other selves, likely finalizing their true selves, power and all. That's how I make sense of merging after all.
