Can you read the QnA Section or use links or should I explain again.

Long story short. Nobody cares for these characters. People have some attachment to Fates, some attachment to Awakening, some attachment to the alts they get, but nobody cares for Surtr or Ylgr. They did borderline nothing in the story, and even if Surtr was well written for what he was (literally a zombie of fire) people hate him (with good reason, he's more boring than Ashnard IMO)

I'd say the salt is reasonable, why tf wasn't Surtr a grand hero unit instead? He is dang powerful and both the units have a lack of background. They're uninteresting and I doubt anyone wants to be friend with the antagonist.

People were clamoring for Surtr 2-3 banners ago, now its just salt. People legitimately get their hopes sky high just because they enjoy being salty. People will also tell you that F!Takumi and Garon arent viable because their weapons are inconsistent and unreliable.

People were asking for Hrid (he sucks but I digress) 2-3 months ago. Nobody wanted Surtr at all. Same for Ylgr since they did actually nothing. At least Hrid tried (but failed)
