Phantom Speed only works with Flashing Blade, Watersweep and WindSweep.

If you want to avoid some doubles then go for darting stance.

At base he has 24 Spd. At boon he reaches 27 Spd. At +10, 31 Spd. With Darting Stance 3, he reaches 37 Spd which is still too slow imo. Unless you're heavily investing in his Spd, or have someone to support his Spd, he's still likely to be outsped.

Darting Stance allows for safety from doubles while Phantom Speed only works with skills like the Wind and Watersweep skills. Versatility points towards using Darting Stance as the seal, unless you want to really proc those three skills mentioned prior. Good luck in future maps with this build! <3
