No, I think everything is one day late because of Day Saving Time. The calendar is PST so now the game day resets at 23:00 now instead of midnight because I think it was something to do with the clocks going back.
That also means that the banner vid is tonight with the banner being wednesday. So nothing is off but the calendar. If you ever have doubts, just look at the time remaining on the Adrift banner. That's a good baseline for this kinda stuff.
