Can lilina work well with reinhardt mage?

I am currently on my way to a +10 Lilina. She's plus 5. This is the build I'm using for her. You judge for yourself.

Note: Probably changing Spd Ploy to Odd/Even Spd Wave and SS to Spd+3

With Forblaze Effect Lilina can deal some good damage, but not as effective as the Rein follow-attack, but I think that with +10 and good IVs/build combination you can cover well the Green units.
