Slaying Lance would be the best option for a lance to give her. I too have an Azura(albeit +hp -atk) with the slaying lance that I use on a daily basis. To be honest, Triangle Adept(A skill), SwordBreaker, Slaying Lance, and Iceberg as special is the best skillset because she can deal with almost every sword unit there is(the guaranteed iceberg is amazing).

Just a side note, gem weapons do not suck! They are quite useful for arena assault.
