Hmm, Micaiah end Eirika I will say are a strange mix. Micaiah is kinda meh in her game (comes off as a royal butt if you ask me) and eirika, well I've spoken enough about Eirika to write a novel. But I guess it comes down to liking them for most. Isn't that the case with most female picks?

Brave Marth because IS seems to always go all out for the Hero King alts in terms of skills and stats

Choose Your Legend runner ups seem to decide what alts we get throughout the year so if you guys want 6 more Camilla alts, place her in the top 4 Women's again

They're not wrong. People always complain about consistent Camilla alts, yet she's placed super high in voting BOTH CYL's, so clearly the majority of players like her, or at least want a Brave form.

Just making the point that CYL is more than just 1 banner a year. That poll sets the stage for alts throughout the year

I don't think so. There is little proof to back this up. If it was true, then how come alm has no alts and celica has only 2? PoR ike has only 1 as well

I think people liking Camilla is fine though I honestly think her first release had the best art. The rest of her alts seem kinda off.

I want to vote for Chrom but because he probably won't win because of Alm, Marth, and Reinhardt, I'll Just go for Alm.

Well he won't win with an attitude like that. Also i think Chrom has a slightly higher chance cuz it seems all the male winners so far have been male protags who actually have personality. Sorry marth fans... But Marth has little personality. At least original marth

Cormag or Ross. I really adore these characters, and Ross has the "villager" thing going for him, similar to Donnel.

I honestly don't care who wins. Cormag and Ross won't win, but they might place high and get put in game as another Brave Redux. Brave Donnel definitely will never happen, and Owain was put in game so his votes will probably decrease.

The only characters I can really see winning are Beast units.

I hope at least one beast unit wins at least so we can force IS' hand

A beast unit winning CYL won't force them to do anything because it'll be a Brave unit, so they'll probably come in as anything but their Beast form. That's why it's better that Beast units place high rather than win outright.

So we just gotta make sure they place high. A beast unit winning would Force IS' hand cuz it would look really bad for them if they don't give us beast units afterwards

I'll just vote for any character I like from any game that still isn't in Heroes. If Python doesn't get in soon, I'll sure vote for him.

Also, while I'm not exactly a fan of beast units, I'll probably still vote for one or two of them, most likely from the Tellius games.

And as for the Brave Heroes, I'll most likely vote for Alm or Marth for males, and Eirika for females (screw Camilla, I'm sick of her)

I'm voting for Nephenee because she deserves more than being Wrath fodder. I love that character, I just wasn't lucky enough to pull 11 copies of her.

Im indifferent to her and have pulled 4... She has pity broken me almost every time cept the first where she was a free summon

I'll probably vote for Adult Tiki. As much as I like watermelon, I wouldn't mind an Alt of her where she's basically Naga like how the Fallen Robins are Grima. I know that sounds more like a Legendary Adult Tiki but hey, I wouldn't mind either way for Naga's Voice getting more love somehow in the beautiful way to balance out the cute. Or put her adult form in that dress from the Shin Megami crossover game. That'd be nice too.

I honestly don't know. I guess Tiki is part of the secret "5 alts is too many" club with Camilla, Lucina and Lyn. I mean, if they wanna be salty and waste time disliking something without discussion, then that's their problem. They must really hate Fate Grand Order cause I think Saber(is that her name?) has like 10 alts?

But... Young tiki only has 2 alts... And adult tiki has 1... They do realize they are considered separate characters right? Otherwise they would fill up the same area in whatever the gallery for heroes is called.

For Male...::
I would be voting for Chrom. Especially since he's now in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, whom I plan to use a lot. But otherwise, has personality and truly deserves to have that Brave title. Not sure whom he would take after. Probably after his father since we never knew much about his parents.

For Female...:
I would vote for Micaiah. Her Light Priestess class may be reserved for her legendary alt, so perhaps she can take after Prince Pelleas and dress similarly to him and use Dark Magic. Her affinity is also ironically Dark, despite primarily wielding Light Magic.(On a side note, she did appear in multiple banners in a narrow time frame.) She has potential to receive more alts, but not excessively as with Lyn, Camilla and Lucina.

These are my thoughts and votes for CYL3. Though, I will not be exclusively be voting for the two as I may save my last vote (assuming it's 7 like last year) for someone I truly cared about:
Frederick

Yep. Freddy-bear has a special place in my heart and I would save my last vote for him. Because why not and I can.

One of the main reason, and probably his longest running-gag from the fan-base, is that in Lunatic+, Frederick carries his allies from the Prologue until after Chapter 4 in Awakening. Thus, the meme is born as Frederick Emblem: Fredericking

Despite always being serious a lot of the time, he is actually quite humorous without him realizing it. He would even go as far as posting a nude-Chrom holding a balance scale all across camp saying: "Chrom wants YOU in the army!"

Following the first main reason, Frederick is of the Oifey-archetype, therefore he should not be treated as a Jagen-archetype. Despite starting off as a Great Knight first thing in Awakening, he is fairly competent of his own right. So he is pretty much MVP until after Chapter 4 so players can head straight to the Outrealm Gate to farm Exp.

Besides the aforementioned reasons above, just like with people who likes Nephenee, Mia or Sothe from PoR/RD, or Lute from Sacred Stones (whom I don't get why people like her, but seems to be for the "Best Gurl" meme according to a YouTuber, ObsidianWasp). I like Frederick because of a great sense of humor as well as being Chrom's best, yet, reliable retainer. He is even playable in FE: Warriors, in which I used him a lot throughout the entire game.

Though, others may have their own personal reasons as to why they like Frederick. I'm part of the minority who even likes Frederick in general.

Well... You just made me like frederick a little more and gained brownie points with me. (Note, brownie points can not be exchanged for real brownies). I was always indifferent to frederick. He has some pretty good supports, especially when he is being serious but not too serious.

Yeah I kinda feel the same. He's good, I just don't find him outstanding (thought hat Cordelia support really pulls at the heart strings from Fred boi's side)

Same I've never liked Chrom or Fred boi IMO. Chrom felt so, bad, at times. He was meh in most of his supports (Sumia is fine, Olivia with Chrom is terrible, the rest range from ok to meh). Fred has better supports, but I'm not sure about him either. Never found something to lvoe or hate, just meh

Olivia's supports are terrible? I dunno which you have been reading... But hers are the best in my opinion aside from henry for gen 1

I meant to say Chrom's supports with her are terrible. Olivia's supports are all pretty good save for Chrom and Henry (both of which remove depth from both sides) and maybe Lon'Qu (they just swing shit around XD) with the best being Maribelle (Olivia the Bold anyone?), Donnel (Radiant Dawn Baby), Libra, and Robin (helping her make her dream come true has to be the sweetest support). Oh an Panne, big sister Panne XD

What's with the hate all of a sudden?Henry tries to kill a dog for Grima and she gets cursed out of the blue to make him seem better.

And Chrom and her have a 5 second romance. Can somebody just explain the sudden influx of hate for amoment XD

Dark Mage Micaiah would be intresting,but I would assume she'd be based on either Sothe,her 'brother'. Sanaki,her actual sister or Sephrian/Lehran,her great times a lot grandfather.

Olivia, mostly Olivia. I do everytime. Sure, my votes may not go heard, but someday, someday, we'll get a Brave Olivia. And man that'll be the day XD

Seriously. The male equivalent wouldn't be Robin (as I'd be okay with a Legendary Robin as Grandamster). I'd probably go for whoever the hell the Avatar from Fire Emblem Three Houses since he interests me (a teacher archetype avatar sounds hella interesing)and or Kris from New Mystery. We need the other half of the Hero King.

Now, why you may ask. Well, let's better elaborate. A Brave Dancer would certainly shift the meta pretty bad. Considering most support units from CYL turn out to be nearly deities, rivaling the very LHB's we get, a Brave Dancer would certainly be one hell of a unit.

Kris is because I have this fixation with the "Hero of Light" not having his "Hero of Shadow". So it'd be really cool for me to see him in the game in all his greatsword swinging glory.

Alm and Marth. On the girl side im gonna follow the top contenders to try to beat Camilla and Tharja once more.

I mean if you move her up that far I'll do it to keep out Tharja and Camilla and probably Loki. Though my favorites would probably be Micaiah and Lilina. But no way Lilina will win

Well amongst the units who have yet to be released in FE Heroes, Selkie is the highest, so of units not yet in the game, she is most likely to win. That and if she ranks high, IS would look bad if they ignore her for the 3rd farfetched heroes banner.
