You're overdoing it.
The lowest HP right now is 30 and the lowest Spd is 16. I doubt they'll decrease them more.
Likewise, the current highest Def/Res right now are 41/38, so yours are an exageration.
I suggest something like:
Hp: 30
Atk: 25
Spd: 16
Def: 41
Res: 41
