Actually i think the villain may be an alternate universe alfonse. And i have an idea why he would be evil. In his universe, everyone probs died.

I did get some unsettling impressions from that, too. I hope they don't kill Alfonse, the only male of the core trio, as well as the one whose personality I like best.
