Honestly, looks pretty good. With his refine, instead of desperation, you could run chill def to get some extra damage against dragons or the occasional 5* +10 Boey.

Who is he supported with?

I don't see anything wrong with it. I'd probably switch the seal for something else, but that's just a personal change.

He looks good.

I'd probably switch his Seal to Darting Stance to make him either mixed phase or enemy phase. Trying to proc Bond and Owltome effects on player phase effectively is a bit of a chore, especially if you're wanting as much of the Owltome buff as possible.

Actually that's a pretty good idea, maybe switch B to Vantage
I would do that, but unfortunately I just blasted all my coins on Brazen Atk Res and Spd Ploy 2
Edit: Actually his refine would kinda lose value, maybe not the best option

I wouldn't say it loses value. Going from Gamepress, his refine stops mages and dragons from counter attacking, but he'll be taking little to no damage from mages anyway, and with Darting Stance giving 3 more speed on enemy phase compared to the regular speed seal, he can outspeed... Some mages (depending on if they're ployed and whatnot).

Unless my understanding of the skill is wrong, then I apologise.

I'd say nothing wrong with it except desperation maybe (but now he might even take on non-dragon DCs)

But it's improvements we're looking for right?

Iono, spd ploy seal because it can also help others?
