+def -res is probably worse than -atk +spd because def boon is useless, and +spd can be useful if you have Hone Fliers, which can bring her up to 41 spd out of combat. Raudrblade with some attack boosting A-slot and Hone/Fortify Fliers would help quite a bit. Probably turn the second one into a Combat Manual or merge.

Second it. Keep the +Spd (I also have a +Spd, w Darting blow) and she makes a great blade tome user. My only tome flier and am proud of her

Hone fliers is surprisingly hard to get. Now that we get Aversa and merging can get her to 35 spd before skills or buffs, I'd probably fodder both copies of H.Nowi for hone fliers, but that's me.
