Cecilia or Mae?

Well, Cecilia is one of those units that just fall short because of her too 'well' spread stats. She's a cav mage without dump stat and it hurts her.

Mae meanwhile has a great Atk, alongside decent spd and res.
You can go with a bladetome using +spd or atk (spd is better)
Or with her owltome with a +res

So yeah, Mae.
