It really depends on teammates, but a lot of people are going to want to stack close def.

Honestly, with flier buffs or the effect refine, banes in atk and spd aren't even that hard to deal with. On a mixed team with a spd tactic she reaches 44 spd with the effect refine and there's ally support still to be accounted for. Or if the bane is atk, 57 atk with the tactic. On flier teams they're spamming goads and she's probably playing enemy phase so she'll have no problem receiving +8/+8 if not more.

What kind of team do you want her on, mixed team or flier team?

So suppose you use the effect refine and keep guidance. The preferred A-skill is probably close def, and you could stack a second one for a seal. Then you use QR or guard or renewal and reposition. If you don't want to sac a 5★ exclusive for close def, even her default spd/def is fine. QR is for dealing with fast units such as most swords; guard is for dealing with bold fighters.
