You wouldn't need Heavy or Flashing Blade. Regnal Astra has a cooldown of 2, and Vassal's Blade has -1 special cooldown. So you wouldn't actually benefit from the lowered cooldown.

Basically guaranteed quad with 58 attack when attacking and on even turns 47 speed. Either activation Galeforce every turn or quad with regal astra activation twice in one attack (which deals about 18 additional damage each)

Forseti, Regnal astra and double lion can’t be inherited. No Galeforce on ranged.

But that’s the point of the whole question, anything is available. Although it wouldn’t even be necessary. Heavy blade could be just as reliable.

Haha gotcha, I assumed if it can be used as a skill then the same applies to seals. Wasn't sure if I missed some sarcasm on that.

Side note, I'm still annoyed that Flashing blade is so limited compared to Heavy blade.
