Choose other A slot, sure youre going to score better but at the same time youre going to have a hard time trying to score kills with Anna.
My best bet is to give her a defensive A
Skill because she doesnt take hits very well.

Assuming you aren't running Distant Counter on her, it raises her Scoring by 8 or 10 points meaning that all you need is 1 or 2 kills per round to start earning a higher score, which shouldn't be hard unless you get freakishly baited lol

What's the point of Windsweep If she has Flashing Blade? Windsweep only allows her to attack only once, if I'm correct. Her Spd is also low for the current Meta, which currently is Spd 40+.

I would get rid of Flashing Blade for Atk Smoke or Darting Stance. (When it eventually gets released)

Probably even change her B skill to Wrath?

Report

I put flashing blade on mostly because of Windsweep. They both rely on being slightly above the opponent in order to activate, and Galeforce/Aether would take far too long to activate.
Since I don't see her being able to double anyways I figured I'd prevent the counter attack if she can't finish them off and use Flashing blade to make up for the loss of an attack.
B to Wrath and Galeforce to Aether could be a pretty good combo for finishing off difficult foes.
Thanks for the advice. I'll consider a few different options :)

Well that's pretty much her best kit if you're just talking about scoring, but i think that Aether may be much more usefull as her dmg is very low if you decide to use effect refine and Galeforce won't be giving that much help to her as she can struggle to ko even some blues, and also she is not able to activate in one round in combat as she has Windsweep.
I would recommend you to refine her weapon for added stat, def or atk, as her effect refine doesn't help that much, having the ability to teleport when she has low atk.
Another very good option could be giving her Hammer, it will lower her score by a bit, but this way it will improove her matchups as you mostly go against armors, i gave her Hammer and she was killing Zelgius with no problems.
For the bonus unit WIndsweep isn't the best option as she will fail to get kills, Renewal is better for her survivability and cheaper.

Oooh, I like the idea of throwing a Hammer on her, would help deal with one of the main forces in the meta.
Thanks for the input!

G Duel Infantry is best on units you can +10. That way you can actually reach 210+ with a weapon refinement on that unit. Don't waste it on Anna that you'll never be able to merge.
All 3 of my trio have armor slaying weapons with refinement + triangle adept and they are amazing. I rely on them every single week. In tier 20/21 you need as many armor killers as possible and these are perfect in that role. I didn't bother giving them their new special weapon upgrades. Plus Anna with a SPD refined Hammer and a speed seal is very scary to go up against. The other two I gave DEF refinements.

The build I run on her is:
[Weapon] Naotun (eff)
[Support] Dual Rally
[Special] Aether
[A] Fury
[B] Desperation
[C] Spd Ploy 3
[SS] Flashing Blade 3

I was easily able to get 3-4 kills per round with this build.

If you’re running Noatun, you’re going to get a lot more milage out of the attack refinement.

Report

I think this is highly debatable and 2 Atk is almost never worth refining for. Considering how squishy Anna is, I find the mobility much more useful because I don't run mobility assists on my arena core.

However, I'll agree that Anna needs help on the damage front, which is why I run Def Ploy on my Fae. I also have a Panic Ploy user and a Rally Atk/Spd.

Report

On any other unit I would normally agree, but on an unmergable base 29 attack unit that needs to solo everything, I would make an exception. I may change this since I now have access to Trilemma and can kill reds with Anna thanks to CA.

Stacking an Atk buff, Def debuff, and making sure she doubles fixes that issue completely. The rest of my arena core is slower, tanky units that are meant to not double on the player phase, so they can often prep the enemy is necessary. With Flashing Blade, Anna also activates Aether on every second combat.
