I think +Spd, -Def is pretty okay? I mean, his Def is already bad to begin with, and +Spd and Swift Sparrow can allow him to quad a lot with Brave Bow+, so he probably won't be in any danger. With Hone Armor buff, his offensive stats with Brave Bow+ is 47/43 and this is before Swift Sparrow. Give him Moonbow/Iceberg and Desperation and he'll probably kill everyone. Probably.

I wanted to boost his tankiness more than hurt it, I usually run a triple Ward armour team so defences can get pretty high. With a +def boon he gets 29/29 defences while retaining really good offences. But I guess take what you can get.
