You're close (off by a month), but this month is Blue next month is red and November is colorless
December is either colorless or green depending on when Hector comes back after this month

Roy and Alm need to happen still. It's weird that Alm is the main protagonist of a game (2 technically) yet he pretty much gets nothing.

Im soooo mad that they arent doing anything for Alm. It took like a full year into the game to remember Marth was even a thing and he had so much lore/backstory/screentime. For some reason Lyn just got a ton. The only person more robbed than Alm and Marth is Eliwood. He doesn't really have a prf weapon and his one seasonal is pretty much on par with Marth's. EDIT It's like they just realize one character exists then gives them 4 alts immediately. It's ridiculous.

Ylgr is going to be a red tome user (some kind of tome), because of her art. She holds a red tome. Art has almost never failed to determine a character's class, so it's safe to say Ylgr will not be a colorless staff user.

Who's to say a red tome isn't in the red messenger bag? It's not like a staff is going to fit in there. This isn't the Monkey King we're talking about here with his extendable rod, and even then a rod isn't a staff. I'm pretty sure Ylgr is a tome user, if not a red tome user.

That's not the point. You said she had a tome in her art, which she doesn't.

Furthermore, not every character carries their weapon in their first piece of art. In fact, among Staff users, only Bride!Lyn and Brave Veronica do.

Also, given that the Nifl siblings with confirmed weapons cover 3 of the 4 colors (Hrid = Red, Fjorm = Blue, Gunnthra = Green), Colorless seems more likely.

Last point, Fire Emblem has a long standing history of making hero side little sisters healers. Maria, Lachesis, Mist, to name a few.

It's not the previous point I made for sure. That is why I changed my point from saying that it was a red tome, to saying that we would never know what's inside the bag. The bag could fit a tome pretty well, and yes, there are characters with weapons that don't match their actual weapon, but those characters had a legit weapon, like a sword, or a lance. Ylgr doesn't have any, so I'm going to make a guess that there's a tome inside the bag. The second thing is that Ylgr is an FEH original, so older characters from previous games at least have some leeway to say "they can turn to this other class." I'm not saying all characters have a class that matches with their game promotions, but a lot of them do have that leeway, but for FEH originals, there's no real class promotion explanation.
