Both are excellent, but here are two points to consider:
* Myrrh is more unique than LEphraim for an emblem team. Myrrh has a unique stat spread and special weapon that allows her to excel as an enemy phase ranged/bow check for flier teams. With DC, Ephraim isn't all that different from other slow axe armors (e.g Hector).
* Great Flame/DC is the best option for Myrrh, but if you have 20k feathers and a spare Nowi/Tiki, Lightning Breath/Fury Myrrh is very serviceable.

With Great Flame on Myrrh, it is extremely difficult to kill her in one turn. You are losing her biggest unique feature if you give her lightning breath. I would rather just leave her without DC and deal with it.

Like the other guy said, out of the two Myrrh has the clear advantage. A DC Myrrh is also very flexible if you need a green slot filled.
Give her Fili shield in the seal and either QR or Vantage as B.

Personally I like Ephraim as a anti-melee wall with dual close defence (gotta use that shield). Since he can't DC that much better than any Hector, giving him DC form a Hector seems pointless.

I haven't given DC to my B!Ephraim, so can't vouch for how he does, but my DC + QR Myrrh is my go to unit for difficult maps, with some blue support she is an absolute beast
