Roy beats Tiki but you need a very specific build to beat her w/o buffs. Warding Breath, Guard, CD3 seal. if you buff around it you may be able to still beat her. I suggest guard regardless though.

Yeah if you want Roy to check all dragons you can easily set him up to do that with what you have. You even have optimal ivs for dragon killer. I've set mine up with both breath skills before and that's the build I use to check all dragons besides TA Nowi. You have to run CA3 in your B slot to win that, but I think it's worth giving up to beat Tiki.

There are significantly cheaper options for dealing with L.Tiki. Cherche will give her a really bad day with either default weapon; Bartre +atk with death blow will easily get through her in one hit; Libra can deal with her; Camilla can deal with her in the right team; even Anna with slaying hammer will probably win quite cleanly.

And then there are mages. L.Tiki doesn't start with especially good res. It's not bad, but it's not solid, especially on 45HP. Julia and Deirdre will wreck her hard through double advantage; any green mage fast enough to double will probably get through her.
