Why not upgrade Takumi to 5*, he's free and comes with CC.

nah, This is just for fun tbh I already have my +10 jeorge to fully optimize with brave bow etc. I just want Innes to complete my sacred stones addiction haha.

If it helps, the 5 Star pool for Colorless is still really small compared to the other colors. Innes has already been re-ran on the Legendary banners and he has a good chance of getting rotated back in again.
