Kind of regret. I gave DC to Joshua waaaay back during the first Legendary banner. He barely got any use out of it except for one good grind through a recent Tempest Trial.

I was considering this for awhile when I first got him on his first TT since he has fairly good res and I like his character. But that took away his Close Def slot and I'd imagine running a DC build with Distant Def seal would be safer. Problem was I kept a +3 atk seal on him when I used him to bring him up to a clean 50 atk. Because of the lack of merges and his low atk, I decided not to

Not rly, i have gave it to Eldigan, W!Lissa and Titania now, the plan was my +1 WT Reinhard, coz i have certain build in mind, but that build works best with SS and +10, so i hold on that thought for now. For now Titania was not a bad choice, but we will see.

I gave a DC to my +Atk -Hp Lucina, and she absolutely destroys with that along with Wrath and Heavy Blade seal. The only slight regret I have is that I wish the Hector didn't have perfect IV's of +Atk -Spd lol

I fell for the hype and gave DC to amelia during the first legendary banner. The problem is that compared to budget armors post-HM farming she didn't live up to the hype. The problem now is that in spite of the fact she is much better if you can give her Special Fighter that's just even more jumping-through-hoops that you have to get around to. I definitely had to bust my ass to get 2 Vengeful Fighters for a double armor core.

Personally, I would have to pass on this even now because I have a double-ploys Sheena that can perform admirably as a green unit.

Sadly yes, on my 5* +10 Titania, i really like her character and she was my summoner support for a long time but all this couldnt save her for being just "meh". Wouldnt bring her to anything infernal or worse

I have a spare hector and spare Takumi but I can't think of anyone to really put it to use except Matilda to ridersbane kill horse mages with her RES being 34. It's like I'm waiting for a powercreep to end all powercreeps, which will never happen.

I don't think you'll regret it if you really like the character and enjoy using them, even if better units come out after

its still sad to see that certain Units no matter what youv invested into them cant keep up with the newer difficulties, ofc every unit will have a spot to fill but when i +10 it and put DC on it i want it to be usefull in more than one scenario

No of course. I totally understand that. A lot of the older less bulkier units, the ones that are older and are not armors will suffer this problem, like your Titania you mentioned above. I actually started a merge of her a couple months before her Draconic Axe refinement because she's a great character from PoR and she looks cool but I couldn't finish it after I got her to +3 because her atk was so disappointing and I still didn't have a +atk iv. The Mathilda I +10d last month is not the strongest unit but I still enjoy using her and she had helped me finish some of the infernal calvary quests for the old daily GHB (I haven't even considered her for the new GHBs). But yea, its unfortunate for the powercreep that's inevitable
