I'm pretty sure all seals eventually can be created if you missed them after a patch or 2 but I wouldn't know I usually make sure I atleast reach the requirement to get the last seal in every TT, pretty sure the only seals that can't be created and never will be are the ones from SA and I'm fine with that since I hardly never use those ones anyways

That's a good idea. After I missed Close Def in the TT with Joshua the first time around, I made sure to at least get to 20,000 points or whatever it is for the seals, exclusive units, and items for every subsequent TT. Best not to wait on patches for sacred seal creation.

SA seals can't be created, yeah, but they're not all too bad to get, plus you can do those anytime.
