Fury isn't sucks for Celica because it helps her to reach brazen faster and get a bit bulkier.
Ophelia will prefer death blow I think, to maximize her raw damage output in single atk.
S! Sharena will use SS to it's full potential but she needs that spd +3 seal to get as much spd as she can get

Imo Fury for Celica, instant desperation and + 12 to atk/spd after first combat. It may look scary, but if you dont intent her to stay in enemy range (and why would you, she is still squashy af after all) fury is da wey.

Imo Ophelia may be good idea, since it will take her to 40 speed, not bad, tho her defenses sucks, so Lnd3 May be better on her anyway.

No opinion on Sharena.

On the other hand this is list of my units using SS2:
Catria (+spd)
Shanna (+spd)
Arya (+atk)
Marisa (she is surprisingly good with it)
Elincia (+spd)
Ishtar (+atk, but there is no better A for her)
Olwen (+spd)
Lyn (duh)

Honestly, Catria, Shanna and Marisa rock with it, if you build them for offense. Elincia too, but she is -atk, so im not so fond of her.

As far as I'm concerned, Fury allows the user to have more all-round usage by boosting its bulk and offensive capability. But, as you said, Celica is squashy, so giving her the extra points in defense don't help her. Fury just makes her more feail than she already is, and this is not my intention. Furthermore, this 'nice HP boost' only works for one attack. Then it could be too risky to actually use her. Thus I won't be giving her Fury.
Sorry, but this 'faster Brazen/Desperation' just doesn't click for me.

For her its about getting into 75% range with one battle, and surviving the first encounter in the first place, if enemy is able to retaliate. Either way Fury helps her survive enemy or gets her to desperation range instantly. She is no oneshooter anyway, so i have no idea for what do you want to build her? She should be a duelist, the difference to other duelist is, she can go sky-crazy with her offensive stats after first encounter, if she gets to right amount of hp.

There is no other philosopy for her.

My +spd Celcia after her first encounter (as long as she survives, and Fury helps with that for sure) has 61 atk and 51spd, if next enemy has no R tomebreaker, there is not many units which cant be doubled by her... i dont see any other viable option for her, unless you want to trade Ragnarok for Bladetome or something.

The thing is that Celica may die before entering desperation if you don't run fury on her, let's say that in the first fight you ko your enemy without getting retaliation, then you can't attack anyone who can retaliate anymore since they'll most likely oneshot you after you lost 5 hp, while with fury you'll lose 11 hp which is enought to get into desperation.

With Ophelia I'd say that it's better to focus on her oneshot potential rather than doubling, she has 37 base atk, I'd say that her best A slot would be death blow in most cases, but also L&D can be a great option if you plan on running her with an Aoe special since death blow won't increase the dmg from the special while L&D does.

S!Sharena i a great option for Swift sparrow, she already has good spd, she is basically a better Nino stat wise if we don't consider that Nino isn't 5* exclusive

I know, in fact I didn't really had a reason to pull S! Share a since I already had a +10 Nino, but I also know that not everyone invested on a Nino

I wouldnt give SS to anyone from this units.

Ophelia dont realy benefit from more speed. Maybe if she was +spd nature. There are so much better speedy blue mages. In 4* pool Tailtiu (just pull +atk/spd) is better choice.

S!Sharena is just worst wersion of Nino, as far as stats go.

Celica is best with fury. Ragnarok drains her healt any way, so she can take damage only in fist (max second) combat any way. After one combat with fury and Ragnarok she is geting +7 atk/spd, and activate her desperation rate. She is glass cannon type hero, so she should not get hit any way.
And if not fury I would give her dual brazen atk/spd, for +19 atk/spd.

If we ignore the availability and merge capability, S!Sharena is better than Nino. May be preference, but personally, Sharena is just better. She trades in Defense for more HP and Resistance which give her advantages as follows:
- Sharena has better synergy with more skills and skillsets. She can be a graet mage tank with 43 (46 with +Res) Resistance or more while still being able to obliterate. Or alternatively, she can be an offensive powerhouse. Her prf weapon has a chill effect which is desirable for both phases and synergizes with her skillsets very well. Nino on the other hand side is often used as a glass canon, and she really can't do more than that.
- Her stats are better min/maxed than Nino while still having the same offensive capabilities (okay she loses 1 atk but legendary weapon u know). She has higher bst and a prf weapon which gives her +3 Res.
- She's just a better mage duelist. She tanks an ideally built Reinhart with ease, while Nino struggles with him. Reinhardt could even potentially OHKO Nino. Moreover, just a moderate number of red mages are really a danger for a Sharena with an oriented mage tank build.
