My favourite villain is actually Desaix. Having to reveal that Alm killed his 'supposed' father was actually crazy when I realised, but I wondered if Alm's Grandfather was Desaix's father? I have no idea, but I liked the plot.
I hated Gangrel so much, he is the villain that I hate, teasing Emmeryn while she fell to her death was absurd. I wanted to punch my 3Ds..
Well, fave villain is Grima overall. The story related to how he's a descendant of Arvis in a way, how he's a homunculus made from Lopto/Nagan blood and human blood, etc. And the fact that he killed all the dragons save for Naga and himelf and then waited for the weakest king to come to light (looks at Chrom) shows his tactical forethough. So I like him.
Emotionally it has to be Lyon. He's borderline perfect, if the game was any better he'd have top spot.
Now, most used Villain has to be Zelgius. Eclipse has always been a super cool skill to me (and he's 3rd fave in villains).
Now least favorite has to be Gangrel. He's useless, an idiot no less and is a crazier and stupider version of Ashnard but with no actual motivation.

Gangrel isn't really like Ashnard though. He's not the best villain, but I'd rate him above Validar and Aversa. Him having a massive grudge agaist Chrom's evil dad was accually a solid motivation.
Yeah Grangrel was for me the best villain of Awakening. What you hate about him is what makes him good : you trully hate him because he is evil.
And yeah, the massacre of Plegia by Ylisse is some serious motivation. I still think that the whole game should have been focus on the war against Plegia but you discover that Valdar and Aversa are controlling him. Would have been way more strong for the story
I feel like I haven't played most of the games with the really good villains. I played *part* of SS before my Wii U decided to hand in its notice, and Lyon intrigued me because he was pretty clearly the world's nicest guy, making his fall all the more tragic, but I never got far enough to meet him outside of flashbacks, sadly. Of the villains from games I've actually completed...probably gonna go with Berkut for having complex and believable motivations and for genuinely making me feel bad for him a couple of times.
Gameplay-wise, it's Arvis, hands down. You can't beat his utility in this game and I use him for EVERYTHING.
Least favorite...can I go with "all the main bad guys of Fates"? Maybe special mention to Hans for being THE biggest dick for no discernable reason.
I'd like to, if I ever get my Wii U working again, or maybe they'll port it to the Switch. (With the number of Switch ports they announced in the most recent Nintendo Direct, the entire FE back catalogue can't be far behind, right? :P)
I don't have Katarina so I never realized what her refine does until just now when I looked it up. Holy hell, my Arvis is jealous. At least she still can't match Arvis in healing?
There's always emulating, but I'd love for em to come to the switch.
I don't have a switch (yet) but it seems to be the best console to play games like FE on. If they were on it.
Yeah, Katarina might be a little better at fighting, but Arvis has got the healing. I really want him to get that refine though.
For my favourite villain, i will go for Naesala from radiant dawn. He turn on his ally and fight for the ennemy for the sake of his people. Plus I really like how fancy he can be
For my least favourite one, it will be Garon because he just do nothing and he really disappoint me a lot
Best Villain For Personality=Rudolf.(SPOILERS I'M WARNING YA)
I Was Actually Happy When I Defeated Rudolf.The Valentia Is Safe, And The Deliverance Is Happy. But When I Saw Rudolf Last's Words, I Was Like: "Gods...Why?".Especially Because I Killed Him With A Crit. When I Started To Talk With Mycen, I Couldn't Hold Up The Tears. He Wanted Him To Be Killed By His Own Son.Still Think He's One Of The Best Villains In Every Fire Emblem Game.
Gameplay= Q U A D K U T. He's So Funny, And I Pair Up Him With Bonfire, Death Blow 4 And Threaten Def.
"Worst Villain"=Idunn. I Never Liked Her, For Her Story And For The Character. Don't Even Talk About The Battle, Or The Metod To Obtain Her As The Final Boss.
My favorite one is Lyon (from FE8 I also loved Riev. He was so fun. So sad he has 0 chances to come Heroes). Selena is so lovely tooo...
I also love Black Fangs. They remind me to Lyon and Selena in some way (sad to kill them, like Yenfai). Specially Jaffar, Lloyd and Lynus.
Thanks to Heroes I met Arvis. I have to say he become one my favorite villains. K also love using him in heroes.
