Its depend on the your team. Tactic skill require different movement type unit in your team. If your team mixing cav or armor then you can give tactic skill a try.
Raven is speedy attacker so you can use atk wave skill or threaten spd/atk/def skill to help in combat
You can also try other candidate for atk tactic like Titania for multi tactic
If you're not switching to galeforce, then it can be considered because he probably wins so much without an atk buff that you can put the atk tactic on him (supposing everyone else on the team wants the buff).
If you're using galeforce I think he might like the buff sometimes so I might put it on a teammate.

The plan is to eventually have him rolling with Desp3 & Galeforce so I might hold off in that case.
Threaten Def does work when he’s running alongside my Lene. Was only wondering as I run him in a team this season of Lewyn, L!Robin+4, Nowi+2. Given Lewyn is mage & the other 2 have adaptive damage it didn’t seem to synergies all that well.
