Nah he's fine.
A solid unit but not super strong.
And red dragons are not a big pool (unlike axe armors)

Sure I would have liked armor, but infantry has it upsides. And also being a dragon unit without dragon weakness or low def stat is pretty nice.

The fun of GHB characters is that they need a lot of work with builds, but that allows for quite some creativity.

Yes, is a good unit, but for someone as Garon, a final boss, I prefer, or a more realistic build or a stronger build. It's the same problem than Fallen Takumi. Maybe the problem is the status of GHB unit instead of a normal hero...

Yeah, that's the biggest issue with the GHB system
Hardin and Grima really lucked out didn't they?

Maybe with the manuals there could come some system to allow more merges without giving out playable copies of the units.
