I don't think anyone will be demoted as every one of them have 5 skills and we know IS doesn't demote those characters.
At least in that banner we'll have 2 reds on a 3 man banner, making the rates of summoning a red focus decent, maybe we'll finally have a banner where you have more chance of pulling a red focus instead of a pity breaker

How do you get them? and btw, the datamine says that they come with skills at 4*, so we know we’ll get them at 4*

Probably in next week's paralogue, but I've heard the same thing happened with characters like Leo, who despite being 5* locked had skills unlocked at 4* according to datamines

Theirs not a TT, theirs a VG which leads me to think that maybe that month long banner might not actually be the Muspell units and more a PA banner since we never got a VG from the Festival of Hoshido banner, which I don't see why they wouldn't have done a VG from them and 2017 PA since what every other seasonal banner has had a VG with last year variant units. But who knows I maybe wrong
