I'm pretty sure a lot of people have done that already.

I used the same set-up for Sharena on the Chrom and Lissa BHB to do the quests, and she just wrecked house. It's really powerful with Close Def, as she'll tank just about anything physical.

Right? I decided to try her out on that BHB, and it was ridiculous. Can't wait until I can try out the same thing with Alfonse and Brazen Atk/Def.

Reliability in Fury is really nice. Brazen Atk/Def is pretty great itself.

As someone who fed Ares to Alfonse in a heartbeat, I can say that it is incredibly great. I run Bonfire+Vantage on him and it's truly beautiful. My plan was for vantage 3 to let deflect melee work during enemy phase, but instead he just 1-shots people before they can even attack.
