Let's suppose she has 33HP. I'm expecting her to have at least 5-6 more.

She needs good res to ploy. VERY minimum 34.

If she doesn't have at least 30 atk she's not going to get through typical DC units, which usually have pretty tough def.

That's 97 stat points, which means we can expect 50-55 more. I would expect at least 10 points more in the three above stats, so 40-45 more. Def and spd can have 20-25 each. If she doesn't have at least 28 spd, wary fighter probably blocks her prf double so I think she's probably coming with at least 28 spd, which means her def is probably 22 or lower. If she wants to hit hard, have respectable HP, and not be borderline with her ploys, probably 18-19 or lower.

what if she has like 9 neutral def and that dagger was intended to cover it :D

She's a Maid and a Dagger user. Her base Defense is not likely going to be even decent. Still, even if her Defense is in the lower 10s, adding 20 to that gives her 30-some Defense, which is pretty solid.
