I think you should use the +Def -spd cause he weapon almost negates double attacks and I think he needs all the res he can get.

It's an option to try using vantage to activate the effect. All he needs to do is initiate into an opponent that will get him into 75% HP or lower without killing him, which isn't that hard when the 80% reduction will already activate the first time if Ike fails to double.

The +Atk -Res one is probably more useful since (assuming he doesn’t have Distant Counter) he doesn’t need the Res as much with the reduced damage on the second attack, while Speed could be useful for avoiding follow ups from physical units.
