Crazy, but is it possible?

I kinda want him to be on our side more than anything, but I'm not so sure he will be. It's honestly really hard for me to see where this story is going because I thought we were gonna end book 2 in chapter 10ish

My hopes are on a tag team rescue with Zach.
Picture this; Veronica and the small ice girl are about to die, no one can do anything.
And boom the grand return of our masked man and Helbindi redeming himself.

After that the two could be summonable, and the last story chapter of book 2 after that is the death of Surtur.

Even if I like Helbindi, I like dark stories so I think he might commit susu but It's Fire emblem nobody important Dies.

If that will not happen then I do think he will join our side but only in dialouges not in actual gameplay. I hope he can be playable at least as an ally unit in one chapter.

Laegjarn intentionally said she couldn't say for certain if his sister died in the village, so perhaps Zacharias saved her since he was unable to save his own sister at the time, which in turn leads to Helbindi allying with him to swoop in during the Rite of Flames to help save the day.

Helbindi makes a good candidate for a potential GHB. I could see that being how he'd be playable in the future.

Helbindi wants revenge, so he's probably going to do whatever he can to stop the rite from going off.

I think he’ll temporarily ally with us in-story, to rescue Ylgr. She DID remind him of his sister, if I remember right.

He’ll probably want to kill Surtr for revenge, too. (Get in line, Helbindi.)

He has zero motivation to side with Askr long-term, though, so I don’t see him becoming playable... Would be really cool if he did, though — maybe as a GHB unit?

Hopefully he doesn’t just blame Askr for everything and keep fighting us, because that’d be pretty boring lol.
