Celica A skill

Yeah, you got the theory behind it correctly. Basically, fury gives you a safer way of descending into brazen + desperation range, while also giving you a couple of def/res points, so that she can take a slightly harder counter hit if needed. Brazen stacking on the other hand makes your first encounter riskier, because you will have to take a hit or lower her hp by using reciprocal aid to heal someone with low hp. The reward is +19 to atk and spd tho.

So fury is safe and brazen is balls to the wall.

However, the 11 damage points to her HP after every fight, even the slightest scratch, does hurt her survivability that you intend to have with Fury as well. Fury is just an ideal case scenario for 2 attacks. After that, she's likely to be KO'd from any other hit. Take a neutral Celica for instance, who has 39 HP and 25/25 defensively with Fury equipped. After 2 attacks, she will take 22 + X damage, which leaves her at 17 HP. If the enemy has Vantage or any other scenario occurs, you are done.
What I'm trying to imply is that Fury is a decent budget skill, if you have enough Hinatas (unlike me.). It comes with drawbacks that may be more impactful than other skills, so be careful when using her with Fury.

I personally went with fury because of the nice extra bulk and the ability to get her immediately to desperation range. I encountered a Summer Y!Tiki earlier in AA with 60+ adaptive attack which actually 1 shot her. I think the added bulk really helps in AA at least.

This is the only time you'll ever see me saying fury is a good skill, because this is the only unit where it makes a significant impact on performance.

Fury instantly gives her +12 atk and spd during combat, after recoil damage. It's just better because it relies solely on HER making one attack. It doesn't rely on any other ally interacting with her in any way, just simply attacking once gives her a fat boost.

Ok yes I see why you picked it. Can be useful if her opponent doesn't counterattack or for those unusual cases when she OHKOs someone

46 atk with weapon at neutral, 51 before brazen activates, after which 58. 33, 38, and 45 the respective numbers for spd. Do you need 65 atk 52 spd (double brazen) when even most armours don't have massive res and both of the most common tanks with generally good res, Fae and Sheena, are both green? I wouldn't do it except maybe with a spd bane.

Otherwise, I think I can recommend focusing more on helping her before brazen activates, so fury or swift sparrow, maybe L&D with a spd bane (because that probably means extra bulk from IV). I probably prefer fury because it's good on both phases for her first engagement. (She probably won't survive a second hit)
