B Ephraim which one?

-HP +Atk is the best boon giving B! Ephraim 43 HP and 60 ATK.

+Atk -Hp Is Very Good, Especially when having a lvl 40's Atk Of 60.

Also agreeing with +ATK -HP

It's a question of preference. If I was given the choice I would take +res. I like his potential to achieve good res, and -spd will give me a one-round aether on enemy phase (though with as much def and res as he has I might prefer just to avoid an occasional double and fire the aether at a fresh opponent)
