I have thanks to a mass battle simulator. She can defeat any armored unit with Armorsmasher+, Nullify Armored refine, DB4, and Double Lion, no matter their color. However, if Brave Hector is +10, Celica loses.

I remember reading that she can obliterate any +10 armor unit if they don't run wary fighter or your name is Brave Hector, so... yep, it is almost the perfect armor counter.

But is that with a +Atk IV? My Brave Celica is neutral (NO! I did not choose her as my free pick. Veronica was my free pick. I just got really lucky and summoned a neutral IV Celica on the banner.), so will that missing three attack cause her to lose out on killing blue armor units?

It doesn’t, I’m pretty sure she can’t kill +10 B!Hector with +Atk anyways, lemme check

She still kills every armor unit except Brave Hector if all of them are at +10

God damn! So, just giving her Armorsmasher with eff refine, a dual rally assist, and the Heavy/Flashing Blade seal and she'll be good to go? (I think all her default skills are at the highest SP costs you can have for each slot, so I really don't want to affect them)

I'd be surprised if anyone besides B.Hector, Gwendolyn, and some Effies can survive a double lion with armoursmasher.
