Wrath Dilemma

I would only fodder 5* exclusives if you're not summoning more to make them +10.

Hector and LA!Hector are great candidates for Wrath.

I think the exact opposite way. As far as I'm concerned, 5* exclusive units with unique and highly desirable skills should always be foddered.

It's why I would never consider merging Hector or B!Ike, even though they are very good. For mediocre units like Takumi and Nephenee this is especially the case.

Well skills like SB/DC should always be prioritised as fodder as they are 'unique' skills. What I'm trying to imply is that if this certain user was a whale, they would obviously save copies of a specific unit for merging purposes, if not they can fodder the units. As I can tell, the user who asked this question doesn't looks like the 'whale' type to save units for merging so they can fodder 'unique' skills to their hearts content. Merging units like Hector and B!Ike is the worst idea for F2P.

It really just depends on if you have good units for Wrath. Some good units are things like Zelgius, Hector(s), Fae, Nowi, and honestly a million more things. You can just search Wrath 3 in the Gamepress search bar and look through the builds that use it, because a ton of units love it.

Merging the Karla I only recommend if you plan on using the Karla in an Arena team - otherwise it won't have much value. Or if you plan on trying to get her to high merges at some point.

Even Spd Wave is great on pretty much any bladetome mage or on most fast units. It's also great on units that are using the Flashing Blade seal or Windsweep. The Neph I'd say fodder, just because those IVs don't seem amazing and I don't love Neph that much.

If you ever intend to pull Nephenee again, I would fodder her, either now or when you get some unit that you'd love to put wrath on or when you pull a better Nephenee. You can safely fodder now because there's hardly a single IV worse than what you have now. There are IVs equally unfavourable but it's hard to be worse. Therefore, the next Nephenee you pull will be at least as good as the current one.

As for Karla, I would say you could go either way. Lots of people say don't merge units like B.Ike because their fodder is too good, and I definitely agree in the case of B.Ike, but on Karla I think it's not too hard to justify ONE merge. The single-merge (especially for spd) is a special case that I consider a bit different from merging 5* exclusives in general. Generally, merging 5* exclusives is extremely orb-expensive and should be reserved for characters you love to death. (It's actually not as hard as people might think - a unit available at 3*/4* is 2-3 months of feathers; a 5*+10 is 3-5 months of orbs depending on colour, variance, and whether you choose a good banner or banners.) However, Karla (and most fast units) gain 1 point of spd on their first merge, so you're giving up wrath or spd wave on one unit for 1 point of speed on Karla, which can tip matchups against other hyper-fast units. If wrath is very much in demand in your barracks, you will probably get more value out of foddering the neutral Karla, but wrath isn't a big part of your play style, then you could conceivably get more out of the merge than out of foddering to some unit you won't use that often.
