If at all possible, yes. I'm building up a Marth so he can be a super support for arena bonus units. I may also complete Lucius with a Pain build to make it easier for Anna to score kills but not so sure about him atm due to his BST

In my opinion if you want her to get more kills you may need Ather, as her atk is pretty low. If you have some feathers to spare you can give her something like Slaying Axe or Wo gun to help her dmg output as their effect is way more usefull than Noatun

You may be right, especially about her attack. So I'm guessing Aether works better with Slaying Edge and Wo Gun with something like Moonbow?

Okay, I've actually been theorycrafting her, and I think I've got a good idea that doesn't kill any 5 star exclusive units while making her pretty damn strong(by Anna terms, anyway.)

Slaying Hammer + Speed refine
Support skill...kind of irrelavent
Luna, Dragon Fang, or Aether
Fury
Renewal
C skill rather irrelevant, although at this level, she holds 35 with Fury and as an arena Bonus Unit, so she could Ploy decently well, though I don't think there are any Ploys that aren't 5 star exclusives.
Flashing Blade Seal(as she'll hold 45 base speed like this)

You could also consider Darting Stance to give her 48 speed when she's defending, but then you may want to consider using a low CD special and the Close Def seal to compensate.
