I’d like to try that or make a meme build of spd refine, fury, and spd 3 sacred seal, but I want to save divine dew for other units.

Have you been able to get him down to BA range? I feel like if the brazens activate before he gets there, he's going to have a hard time getting down there unless he's facing dragons, in which case he might actually be in trouble.

As long as he takes 24 damage from his first fight, which for a lot of blue units and heavy hitting red units it's not much of a problem

Honestly can't wait to build mine as well. You could consider Atk Smoke 3 for an extra +7 to his bulk. (theoretically +21 def)

I was thinking of putting atk smoke on him but after spending 40k feathers on my +res -spd Sheena giving her Aether and 5* her I don't have any more feathers to 4* Kaze, I have a 4* Kaze atm but he's a +res -def that I wanna 5* to build, tho I could just use the seal since he doesn't hit BA3 range very often
