She does have a pretty good res stat to start building from,
Give her Fury, QR, Ploy c skill or ally buffing skill, atk/res seal or distant def.
this is a basic build.

If you really decide to jsut use her as a Blue/dragon check then divine naga + deathblow will work. I would suggest chill skills on her B skill cause Deathblow won't synergise with vantage or QR and she won't be able to use Desperation, Any C skill and, Hardy Bearing(it's good and pretty underrated)

I would give her Fury if I had the fodder for it and no other more important units I want to give it to as well, lol. Same with the Ploy and the Chill skills, and I don't really want to invest that much in her. Hardy Bearing sounds good though, I didn't really think about it. Thanks for your input!

She will most likely never be played in your main arena team and she probably isn't even unique enough to allow you to build a team around her, so the best that you can do with Julia is to make her focus on dragon killing (by maxing her attack, so that death blow is a good idea), dueling blue mages because of her color and decent-ish res and dueling green mages by giving her G.tomebreaker.

This way you'll have a hero that can get rid of three different unit types for you, which is valuable for stuff like AA where dragon counters are always welcome and the fact that she can reliably focus on more matchups alongside that is even better.

Not sure about divine naga tho. Sure, it will make her much better, but the upgrade cost might be a bit too high.

Thank you for your input! I definitely won't be using her on any of my core teams, but I don't have enough green units to afford benching her completely. (And I like her character, so I wouldn't want to bench her either way). G Tomebreaker sounds very good, I didn't think about it and missed a B slot, so I'll go with that. I wasn't sure about Divine Naga either, and I'm in a bit of a Divine Dew shortage, but I thought that being able to negate buffs was very valuable so she could duel with blade tome mages more efficiently. I think I'll just try her out with Naga in arena and see if it's worth updating or not.
