Galeforce is lame. You're sacrificing a real special just to move a turn when you're not even killing counter-triangle.

I think people really take it personal when they are met with a response that shuts down even a possibility to make use of a niche skill like Galeforce. Obviously GF is not a staple build. That's why they're asking who else, albeit a few, could use the skill and make it work in the first place. Just the statement "galeforce is lame" can trigger people and it's not something out of the ordinary when that happens.

I wouldn't say lame. Different modes make better use out of it than others. My Peri does well with it. Raven, too. Generally, if they don't need the Special to kill, they can make good use of the skill.

I gave Galeforce to my Linus just because I like him a lot and he has a pretty low bulk (after refinement) So I guess you could give it to any strong speedy unit that can get in enemy turf, get a guaranteed kill, and then run away so that you don't get your ass smacked

Actually that build is quite good, especially if you put Heavy Blade in the seal slot. It's almost the same build as I use for Raven, although I didn't have the chance to give him galeforce yet

Any unit that initiates with a high atk (meaning they don't need damaging specials to secure kills) and a skill that allows the charging of specials faster (i.e. heavy blade) is a good candidate. You want to make sure that at least by the second attack, the target unit is KOd so Galeforce activates and move the unit to safety or hit another target.
