Neph has no bad IV's.
Make her a wall. With 32 spd, the most dangerous speedsters will always double her, and thats there vantage+deflect melee comes in. Once her hp is in vantage range, atk smoke is liekly to alreayd be active, lowering enemy attacks by 5 attack, and steady breath+dauntless puts her defense at 42, with vantage making her attack first, letting deflect melee pop off if she gets doubled, so that any damage she takes at melee range is reduced to single digits due to pavise, unless pavise procs before deflect melee has a chance to work, in which case she just tanks a whole hell of a lot harder.

I completely spaced out the fact that pavise is 3 charges, with dauntless dropping it to 2, meaning with steady breath+vantage, pavise will ALWAYS activate when the enemy attacks AFTER vantage, meaning the first hit they do will be cut by half, and the second hit will be cut by 80%, meaning the build is even better than I originally thought since it means melee units cant kill her if she has an hp battery or other healer tied to her.
