It is a pretty good build, I would just change desperation to watersweep, dragons are annoying... and maybe put a dual rally but this one is meh just for arena points since its not that viable
Yeah he really isn’t made as much for arena, more just because he’s a personal favourite character, he just makes it very very easy to clear GHB with only Dancers and him, just swap out the seal for what ever is most viable in the situation and he tends to work
