Well, IMO you'll fodder more Nephs than you will ephraims. So you'll end up getting more ephraim copies than Neph, and since IMO a fully built Ephraim plays a better mixed phase duelist than Neph, while Neph is better at a focus (either player or enemy) phase build, but is completely lacking as a buff bot, that Ephraim takes that cake overall but its preference
