Possible units and builds for flashing blade seal - think tank

Never payed much attention to exactly how much HP Lon'Qu could have. o.O

I will personally be running it on my quadsuna to guarantee 1 or 2 moonbow procs depending on whether I quad or not. Alternatively, I may try the slaying bow build to better my chances of outspeeding and running luna for guaranteed luna proc on the double.

I’m planning on using it on my Shigure, since he’s the the best Pegasus Knight candidate got it. Really, any Fast unit will appreciate it.

I put it on 1 of my Karla's and its very effective

- Mia, who will no longer need to give up her A-slot
- Raven, who typically used heavy blade fine in the past - but flashing blade is simply more reliable because it'll always activate if he doubles
- Soleil in similar manner, along with a bunch of other swords such as Hana
- offensive daggers, especially those using desperation: Sothe, Kagero, some builds of Felicia, possibly Gaius or even Saizo
- fast mages, especially desperation mages not using blade tomes or Mjolnir (who therefore have less raw firepower and might want to throw a moonbow in). Or Ishtar can now use draconic aura and be ridiculously OP
- maybe some units designed to punish slow tanks for dumping their spd, units who have spd in the low 30s or even upper 20s
- quad builds for double moonbow

Eirika’s really good with Flashing Blade due to being able to receive 2 speed tactics pretty much. With a 5*+10 Eirika, she can easily reach 50 speed if there’s a speed tactics user on the same team.

To sum up, all fast units are great for this new seal.

Athena, Mia (so she can have fury or LnD on her A slot), the Summer Units lel, F!Celica etc.
