Um, I was trying to be "tongue & cheek" with this. Write something for people to get a laugh, cause I know how stressful and irritating it can be to save up hundreds of orbs and hope for one copy of a unit you want and watch it all go down the toilet.
So, I get it if you're upset that I'm too irreverent. But it's not like I'm complaining that I didn't get the IV that I wanted on that unit. I'm just happy when I can fill in another missing slot in the Hero Catalog. I'm definitely not looking for +10 merge projects.
As for f2p, no I'm not. I didn't get my first 5* until I started spending. After I did start spending, I got my first 5* team and could actually win beginner level arena matches. I've been playing since a couple months after the game launched.
Anyway, I do wish they would do something like let people pick one unit per each new banner/seasonal banner per year as a "thank you for playing" sort of good will gesture. Or better yet, just start the pity odds at 5% (ideally 10%) cause that's still pretty low for f2p players.
I'm not making fun of anyone who wasn't as fortunate either. Sometimes it just helps if people can commiserate.

I know that every Youtuber says to go full circle all the time, but I found that to be folly for myself.
I have much better luck sniping only the colors I want. I pick a non focus color if I can't get the color I want to snipe and then cancel out. I do run the rest of the circle if I get a 5* I want to see what else is there, and that's how I got Blumilla XD
I'm glad that Shigure is finally in the 4* pool bringing with him Swift Stance and Ward Fliers (previously a Minerva exclusive skill)
I usually do a couple rounds of full circle to get the rate up then snipe if there's a particular unit I'm after (except right now there are merges I want for blue and green - didn't get any of those either...) and wouldn't mind a fish taco or Dragon Valor, so I went all in the whole time (except 1 round, where I didn't pull the 2 greens as I had 41 orbs left at the time).
