+Res/-HP is probably better.

Honestly, it probably depends on what build you plan on using, but +Res would make him an excellent mage tank, and -HP isn’t too much of an issue considering how valuable his other stats are in comparison, and refining his tone easily gives him +2 HP, so yeah, it’s not too important. What tome do you plan on having him use?

My suggestion would be to keep the LA!Lyn and Amelia since they are fairly unique to their color or score better, respectively, than H!Henry. LA!Lyn should be foddered for Atk/Spd Bond if anything IMO.

You also would rather build a Sheena or Hector as your green armor, as both will score better. I would also be wary of merging a seasonal unit as they are getting powercrept by their own seasons now and it will be hard to get future merges.

If you're deadset on merging, +Res -HP seems like the best as it won't touch some of his more important stats. The -HP will hurt defensively, but the Res can be used for Bold Fighter Icebergs/Glacies bombs.
