Having one hp point less means nothing and he has low defenses anyways so it doesnt matter at all.

Yep. That's honestly one of his best IV spreads despite the superbane, which doesn't really even matter unless you are making him a core member of your team. With such a spread, you can run a very effective Firesweep Bow+ build, a quad Brave Bow+ build, or even run his default weapon very well. It's much better to focus on his offenses rather than worry about his low bulk.

Honestly, as long as you have a +Atk or +Spd S!Takumi (with the boons not being -Atk or -Spd), then you got an ideal Takumi.

Never take what people tell you about an IV being great or terrible without considering the matter yourself. Look at the stat spread that the unit gets based on the boon and bane, and ask yourself whether you like it. If you do, it doesn't matter what it could theoretically be unless you plan to merge. If you don't, it doesn't matter if someone else likes that IV unless you learn to like it too. You're the one who has to build and play the unit or reject it, not them.
