Atk +3 is the best option if u dont have Klein. U can get Atk +3 from 4* Cherche which is easy to get

Reinhardt is a pretty good unit.
(-atk bane) I'd highly suggest a death blow here & he will only be okay and will still be good on a horse team with thier buffs.
(atk Normal) He is a great unit and deathblow is highly suggested though you CAN make use without it but as it would have the same attack as the one above I share my same opionon.
(+atk boon) Optimal IV's for reinhardt & with firy he still will be running through everything but will gain some nice stats THOUGH death more is STILL better UNLESS he is on a horse team than yeah...

I feel you. I eventually just held my nose and spent 20k feathers on an Ursula to get it onto him. As much as the thought of that might sting, Reinhardt is worth it.

For other options, there isn't much. the old fallback of Fury 3 is there, but he doesn't make much use of the skillset other than the attack+3. Attack+3 is fairly cheap and gets you halfway there to the impact of Death Blow. Life and Death 3 is even harder to come by than Death Blow, so I don't recommend that. You could go with L&D 2, which would at least get you 4 attack. He rarely survives getting hit anyway since everything doubles him up. The other option would be to just settle on Death Blow 2 if you have an Ursula or Hawkeye.

I have 0 death blow fodder, not even death blow 1. All I've got is one 4* effie and a 5* Delthea (and there's no way I'm sacrificing either of them for rein, sorry not sorry). My rein is +atk, but I find myself trying to not regret promoting him. He is pretty garbage, but then everyone was like "well he's gotta be 5*. He's a god at 5*." So I 5* him, and he's still not great. Now it's like "well, he's gotta have death blow, then he'll be a god." And then it's like "well, he needs to be in horse emblem."

I mean, how much do I have to invest in this guy before he is actually reliable? He lets me down more often than not.

Ok, rant aside, I have lots of fury 3 and LnD 2 fodder, I'm just hesitant to give them to him if they aren't going to greatly improve his current mediocrity, you know?
