BNinian would be a great edition because she can Dance, and she's certainly better than a -Spd Airzura.
The Cordelia you have would work very well with a Firesweep set.
Minerva is always very powerful and will do very well with Emblem Buffs.
The last unit could be SKagero, HNowi, BSanaki, or Caeda.
SKagero is easily the best Dagger unit in the game and will give you a more reliable 2-range flier than BNinian.
HNowi, while weaker than STana, does have an IV that makes her better compared to your +Def -Spd one. With a Blade tome and Death Blow, she can work very well as an OHKO mage.
See above for BSanaki.
Caeda makes taking out all non-blue armors relatively easy and can charge a super-powerful Glacies extremely easily. Seriously, a non -Res Fury Caeda hits 37 Res at neutral and Glacies is a 29 damage increase on 2 charges.
If none of the above appeal to you, FGrima is probably your best bet. However, I am going to warn you right now, all of the sets on this site are wrong. Her best set is +Spd SwSp with Guard and Expiration. I know that sounds crazy, but it is her best set as long as she isn't +10. Her Dragonskin sets are unbelievably underwhelming at a mere +1.
EDIT: If you don't have any Hone Fliers fodder, you may have to change your team around.

I do own a Five star Caeda that I pulled as a pitybreaker a while back. She didn't have a refine yet, so I pretty much abandoned her completely after I got Elincia, since her ATK was atrocious, even though I got her with a +ATK -SPD IV. I've never had much of a problem taking out armors with my flier team, but I'll definitely revisit my Caeda now that you mention it. I do not own any Hone Fliers fodder outside of my H!Nowi and NY!Azura, so I usually have to put one of them on either of my teams. My Cordelia does run a Firesweep/Galeforce set haha. Also, My NY!Azura is not slow at all, even with -SPD IVs. I gave her Fury and refined her with +SPD Hagoita to boost it up a bit. I personally like to keep Dragonskin on my Grima, since it helps to have an anti-archer flyer. I use her as an enemy phase unit and she works quite well, so swift sparrow is not needed. Thanks for the tips.

If your Airzura is fast enough that is perfect, because then you won't have to fodder off Hone Fliers.
If you're going to run Enemy Phase FGrima, I would advise you to run Guard in her B slot and QR in her seal slot.
EDIT: With Hone Fliers active, it might be better to run Guard in her B and have the Seal be whatever you want.

My current flier team is Elincia, Summer Corrin, New Year Azura and Myrrh and it has been incredibly useful in PvE and arena.
My two recommendations for teams would probably be:
Team 1:
-NY!Azura (For sing and hone fliers)
-Legendary Robin (Archer check and distant counter weapon)
-A tome unit. Either H!Nowi, S!Tana or B!Sanaki. (For high defense armors)
-A fast physical unit. Either Cordelia, Elincia or Tana

Team 2
-B!Ninian (For dance and chill atk)
-One of your axe fliers. (For good and consistent physical one shots)
-S!Kagero (To help the axe flier one shot by debuffing and other utility)
-One of the units left over from the first team build (Probably a red unit to round out the colors, but it's your choice)

I like fliers so much I can build 4 functional teams without using the same unit more than once. In any case, you can mix match according to present need. Your arena team may not necessarily excel at PvE content and vice versa so I can give you an idea on what you could look into for future reference.

If you want strong super-merged projects Caeda, Cordelia, and Camilla are your best picks to go along with a bonus unit that can also try to cover for archer weakness of fliers. Caeda can deal with a lot of arena threats thanks to her weapon refine and Camilla can now hit harder than ever because of her self-goad effect. Cordelia has the flexibility to use her native brave build set or firesweep set. For a flier, they all score decently well when merged highly. This is a highly aggressive style, which is what flier emblem is all about anyway.

Now the rest of the flier cast at your disposal can help out in AA and most PvE as well since they can be strong enough even without the luxury of being able to get as much merges on them. A good thing to practice is diversification. So using your list, I have made these teams to go but you don't have to follow them exactly. You can mix and match to fit your own style.

Team 1
Elincia (your main damage dealer due to brave prf weapon), Tana (great baiter vs. melee), Minerva (can carry Iote shield to bait archers), Bride Ninian (dancer for this team and a magic user).
Sub: Cherche can be another bruiser of the team if you don't need dancer support or if you're looking to hit harder than Minerva.

Team 2
Holloween Nowi (hone fliers make help dish out more damage for her team mates), Bridal Sanaki (mage and great support for the tanks with her B-skill), Legendary Robin (general tank and great bait for archers and benefits from increased defensive buffs from team mates), New Year Azura (dancer for the team and H.Nowi's hone flier source, especially if she wants to carry bladetome)
Sub: Summer Tana can use bladetome or run with her prf weapon and still greatly benefits from Azura's hone fliers. Also a good sustain unit because of renewal. Spring Kagero can fill in for the red mages or Legendary Robin if you want to debuff on player phase instead.

If you play for a while, you end up with a surplus of all move types. I tend to use the units I got most recently, or ones who I've had for a while but who still have low HM, or just my personal favorites. I love switching my teams up fairly regularly.
For the longest time, my flier emblem was S!Camilla, NY!Camilla, Michalis and S!Corrin.
Right now it's B!Ninian, S!Tana, S!Kagero, and S!Camilla.
